It is forbiden to make crossover mods in tww.a white walkers mod just to make the vampire counts look like white walkers and the corruption to look like snow. maybe for the zombies a wildling skin. i think that would be a awesome mod if someone knows how to make it and your read this plz make the mod.

But you're right, it's not happening.- An epic scale mod, allowed or disallowed, will still take years to develop.
These things don't develop overnight.
I've played some great mods over the year
- LOTR mod for Med TW
- Game of Thrones mod for Crusader King 2
- Fantasy Setting for Civ 4 (Fall from Heaven 2)
One thing these things had in common - they were only finished 2-3 YEARS after the release of the game.
So, basically, check back in 2 years, and you might see some cool stuff in development. Even if CA banned it, I'd expect to find some team doing it on another website/forum.
This game's platform is TOO GOOD not to do a LOTR or GoT mod!Warhammer TW wish list:
1. allow building during other player's turn in co-op.
2. Autoresolve damage shifted to more on regular melee units, less on lord/heroes/monsters
3. AI stop building armies of only 8 pistoliers - Game of Thrones is principally about characters. War exists in it sure, but that isn't really the main focus. It'd be very, very hard to capture it in TW. There is a great GoT mod for CK2 though.

After several years of development & releases on the Attila: Total War engine, I decided to port the Seven Kingdoms project to KC:D and will be beginning development after the release of the game.
